Chili Con Carne



Ingredients -

- 1lb Ground beef (or turkey)
- 3/4 cup Chopped onion
- 1 tsp. Finely chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Chili powder
- 2 Cans (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and chilies
- 1 Can (14 oz.) beans in chili sauce
- 1 Can (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Instructions -

Heat large saucepan over medium high heat. Add beef, onion and garlic. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until beef is crumbled and no longer pink. Drain.

Stir in chili powder, add un-drained tomatoes, chili beans and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes.
