Slow Cooker Sausage and Veggies

 




Ingredients -
 
5-6 chicken or turkey sausage links
1-2 medium potatoes
a few stalks of celery
carrots
cauliflower
(the amount of veggies really doesn't matter - it's up to you. If you have onion, bell pepper, ect. use it. This is a great recipe for getting rid of those veggies in the fridge that need to be eaten.)
2 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup of white wine (optional)
 
Directions -
 
Cut all the veggies into 2-inch chunks
Layer into crock pot (most to least dense)
Add slice sausage
Add broth and wine
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.
